What information will MNS collect?

Privacy Policy
We collect three kinds of data: personal, contact & medical data.
The personal medical data is data you provide by you, an authorized family member or your physician to enter. This data includes:
- Personal information about you: name, address, and phone number
- Medical medications taking, allergies, blood type and whatever you feel is needed to provide your emergency team to offer effective and timely treatment.
- Contact information the people or organizations that need to be notified in the event of an emergency.
How we use your information
We do not sell, lease or transmit any of your personal, financial or medical information to any persons, organizations, companies, or corporations. The information entered is for the express use of My Notification Service or their parent company Notification Services, LLC The sole exception to this policy is if we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure. If we are made to do so, you will be notified in writing.
How we keep your information secure
All data on servers are located in the US, and they are kept in secured environment with no public access. In addition the servers are protected with the latest encryption software and state of the art firewalls.
